PROVIDING SERVICES
WHERE & WHEN PEOPLE NEED THEM
(MMW) Clinical Videoconferencing Program provides clinical services for adults (18 +) living with or suspected of having a developmental disability. This program is available for communities across Northwestern Ontario.
In partnership with local agencies, Surrey Place in Toronto works with individuals, families, caregivers and professionals to provide easy access to clinical services in their communities.

CLINICAL SERVICES
OFFERED
MMW’s clinical service team includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Behaviour Therapists and Clinical Regional Access Coordinators. MMW also provides education and training workshops to people supported, caregivers and professionals on a variety of topics (e.g., developmental disabilities, autism, FASD, dementia, behaviour, trauma, wellness).
Services provided:
- Intake and Service Coordination
- Behaviour Consultation and Therapy
- Counselling
- Psychiatric Consultation and Assessment
- Psychological Consultation and Assessment
(may include diagnosis of Autism, FASD, developmental disability, memory problems/dementia, or mental health diagnoses such as depression or anxiety) - Educational, Social and Therapeutic Groups
(i.e. Healthy Living, Self Help, Internet Safety, Mindfulness)
