YOUR RESOURCE – YOUR CHOICE
Intake
All service inquiries go through our Intake Coordinator and they will gather your information. Referrals for developmental services are completed through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO). While you wait for services, we can still collect your information and help connect you to the DSO.

Passport Services or Supports
Our Passport Coordinator can help you spend your individualized Passport funding based on what you want, whether it be goods or services, supports or both.
Individualized Passport funding is available to you once you have been approved on your DSO application. It provides funding for services and supports for daily living. This funding enables adults with a developmental disability to take community classes or recreational programs; develop work or volunteer skills; or hire community support workers.
Eligible expenses include sensory items, technology to stay connected or learn on-line, supplies for home-based hobbies and activities, or physical activity and fitness. It also includes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), supplies, Essential Service Delivery Fees, Behavioral Support Plans and Person Centered Planning.
